This form is used in conjunction with Internet Member Access (Online Banking). Complete this form to authorize the transfer of funds using the Transfer Funds feature with IMA. You can transfer from any Highway Crossroads CU account to another Highway Crossroads CU account.
I understand that I am responsible for all transactions under these terms and that any joint owners on my account may also transfer funds as requested. The depository account owner acknowledges that, as a member, you will not be able to view balances, passwords, or history on the depository account. Deposits are the only transaction allowed.
